After much deliberation, we’ve decided to pause operations at our facility, although St. Charles City has not made shelter-in-place official at this time. We will reopen as soon as possible by the instruction of the CDC as well as our local government officials. Due to this decision we’ve decided to extend all active memberships by 30 days beginning 3/23/20. Please show this email to the manager on duty so that they can make the adjustment to your membership upon us reopening our facility.

I am Shirley and I groupon the car wash and just found the expiration date is Mar.29. I decide to come on Mar.25 but I just found on your website the store is closed because of coronavirus and not sure the reopen date. What should I do? Could you extend the deadline on Groupon?
If I’m not mistaken Groupon has extended all expiration’s a year. Because the voucher was purchased through Groupon I recommend contacting them if you have any questions about the expiration.
